Warranty
All memory products (SIMMs, DIMMs, SODIMMs) carry a lifetime repair warranty, and 30 Day cross ship replacement service. Flash and Storage products carry the original manufacturer warranty, which varies depending on the product. Contact us for information on product specific warranty terms.

30 Day Return Policy
We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Minnesota Memory. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our location. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee. The product must be received by us in it's original factory condition.

Defective Products
Any defective or incompatible component will be repaired or replaced providing all original labeling is intact. Should a component be determined to be defective or incompatible it is our desire to make the replacement of that product as quick and easy as possible. Customer Support will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions. We will cross ship (first 30 days of warranty only) you a replacement product the same day the RMA is issued. After you have receive your replacement part, you must return the defective part to us within 21 days. If we do not receive the defective part within 21 days you will be charged for the replacement part.
